Is Messager free to use?
Yes. Browsing messages, following Messagers, liking, sharing, and receiving alerts is free. Donations are optional gifts when a message moves you.
How are donations split?
80% goes to the Messager, 15% to the global charity pool, and 5% to Messager as a platform fee. The exact split is shown before you confirm any donation.
What are vote credits?
When you donate, you earn vote credits (about 1 per $1, plus bonuses on larger gifts). Use them in the app to vote for registered charities to receive a share of the 15% charity pool each quarter.
Can I get a refund?
Donations are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of processing error. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do Messagers get paid?
Messagers must complete identity verification (KYC) and payout onboarding before withdrawing their share. This helps keep the community safe and compliant.
How do I report a problem?
Report content in the app or email support@getmessager.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our community standards.
